Book Donation Status: Currently accepting donations

We're looking for newer popular fiction and nonfiction books for all ages that are in decent condition (minimal wear, no stains or water damage, etc...). We do not accept textbooks or reference books, CD or DVDs, library books, or magazines.

We will not hold or return any donated books we can't use, so please only donate books you don't want back. 

Any books we can't use will be put in Little Free Libraries around HRM, or donated on to other stores.

We offer a store discount of 10% on your next in-store book purchase in return for each bag/box of donations. The discount can be stacked up to 20% per purchase, and is one-time use only.

     For clarity, bringing in three bags of donations would get you a total of 30% in discounts. You could use up to 20% on your next book purchase, with 10% left over for any following book purchase. The discount is gone once you've used it.

If you don't want to use your discount the day you bring in donations, we ask that you leave your name so we know to give you a discount the next time you make a purchase.

We do not offer cash or credit for books.
